I am feeling very fatigue & tired all the day , tingling sensation under the foot , unable to concentrate on work & not able to sleep properly, I feel this is vitamin b12 deficiency & used some multivitamin tablets but no use .

Is there any solution to drug resistant infections, very few and powerful antibiotics needs to be administered these days , and they will also fail going forward, One day there will be no antibiotics left that works. Will the end of humanity begin like this? asking because anyhow I've survived a drug resistant infection, that time 12 antibiotics failed on me , was bedridden for 1 year. Was lucky indeed . But if something like this happens again, I may not be so lucky. NO doctor talk on this issue, they just prescribe medication and make the patient walk. adding fuel to the crisis. Yes it's due to overburdened healthcare system of our country, and some stupid doctors are responsible, especially those government ones. Any solution

I just want to ask that best multivitamins and nutrition product or medicine which can fulfill body requirement of a day. Can i take multivitamins tablet and proteins.

In total i have taken three times full courses of anti rabbies vaccine within 2 years and tt shots also. It's (5+5+5= 15) then in April 2021 again a dog scratch me for that i have taken another 3 booster doses. But unluckily my own kitten scatch me again in August, 2021 and it was a minor scratch but it bleeds. Does I need booster doses again? My last full courses were in June and in November, 2020 and took booster doses again in April, 2021. Does I need booster doses again??

Hello, I have a dry cough since 3 days now and it is increasing. There is no mucus coming when I cough. I am also sneezing intermittently. Even my nose gets blocked in intervals. I had Benedryl dry cough syrup but it is not helping. Can you suggest what I can do?

I am having some red type rashes on my arms joints for some days then it become dry and scally and after some days the skin becomes normal. Then again after some it comes back. But no itchy feeling Photo of the irritation attached herewith.I am also facing dugestive issues like heavy burping, gas trouble and indigestion. My question is can i go for covid vaccination even if i am feeling the above mentioned symptoms? Does the vaccination cause any allergy due to the existence of the above mentioned symptoms. Please guide me.

Hello Doc, I am having recurrent pain in stomach since yesterday evening. I vomit 2 times yesterday night and passed stool 1 time after vomit. Today was 2nd day but having same recurrent pain in stomach near or below the navel area. Could you please help in this. Thanks alot

Please clear this doubt , I'll be grateful , I have extreme anxiety about rabies ...in the photo attached from WHO it says u need not take vaccine within 3 months of Pre exp/POST EXPosure prophylaxis even though u have exposure. But after 3 months we need to take 0and 3rd dose ARVvaccine. So my doubt is that is this 2 dose rabies vaccine is it considered post exposure prophylaxis for previously vaccinated person and does the same principal appear that I need not worry for 3 months irrespective of exposure after taking 2 dose anti rabies vaccine.
