From past 10 days I am urinating frequently .I am  drinking same amount of water as I was earlier.Please let me know what could be the cause or does it require any examination?

Dear sir/madam I am student of 25 yrs I don't know why I got fatigue feeling through out my body. I study for around 5-7 hrs with breaks in between them but still I got fatigue problem it has never happened to me before. I smoke and drink very rarely. I have travelled recently but it has been two days and I took a good amount of rest also but still the body feels exhausted😫

For my father's vitamin B12 deficiency, the doctor had given tab. methyzit (0-0-1) for 60 days. Since methyzit was not available in my area, Dr told him to take nurokind. Did he mean nurokind-500 to be taken once everynight for 60days?

When ever my BP and HR is measured at hospital it is always high like BP 160-180/90-110 and Heart rate is 100 to 120 where as in Home it is less like BP 120-135/80-90 and heart rate 80 to 90.... how to reduce high bp and head rate at hospital check, do I need any medication for this ?

Hi, I had recovered from Covid on 25th May'21. Got chest heaviness and fever again for 10 days from 10th June to 20th June so took antibiotics as prescribed by Doctor. Still Having mild chest heaviness and little breathing issue. Kindly advise when can I take covid vaccine.
