Dizziness on walking and turing head
From last 4 days I am feeling light headed and dizziness especially when I walk or try to turn my head. I am feeling really uncomfortable. I am unable to get proper sleep as when I lie down i still feel my head is light and swirling.
I had covid 4-4.5 months back. Please suggest something.
