A pain is experienced in the throat while swallowing food which makes me unable to eat food .how can i solve it

I have severe post covid weakness I have taken multivitamin, vitamin d for 15 days as prescribed by physician but i get tired after doing a small job. I need to do job also in this case i will loose my job.. I don't think multivitamin is doing favour in my case. It's about now 2 months since covid when it will last.. One of my friend asked to take multivitamin injections.. Is it recommendable?

My vitamin b12 has been quite low in the recent report . It's 57 for the report where the reference range is 120. Could you suggest me if I need injections or tablets are enough ?

I was taken itraconzole 100mg and zink asistate tablet 2 times a days in 16days and yesterday I have seen my uvula is swollen and double uvula showing and also appear in mucus, and sore throat also, now white spot showing uvula, this is Fungle Infection or sore throat ???

Doctor prescribed me 4 dose intradermal anti rabies vaccination schedule Day 0 3 7 28 i took 3 doses and last 4th Day 28 vaccine is due on 2 August and today again a street dog scratch me with nails minor bleeding no wound so what should i do now should start anti rabies vaccine again or have to take extra dose.
