I used misoprostol and received slight bleeding after 3hrs of taking the pill. And the second day I received a brown discharge. What does it mean.

Hello doctors,,does wirhdrawl bleeding can happen after 14 days of taking unwanted 72?? I was taken ipill within 6 hours...because on 26th day of my cycle it started bleeding low to heavy bleeding with more clots with lower and back pain..in starting the blood was fresh red but after a day blood was like old with clots..is this withdrawl bleeding or something else??

2 august my mother took 2nd dose of covid vaccine covishield. From yesterday 6th August she is having fatigue and not feeling well... Head is heavy... No fever. She is diabetic and have high BP.
