Taking azulux 1 mf forte OD since 1 year . But Hbac1 9.5. Fasting 174 sugar. ? Worried. What medicine should I take to bring it down.

I m continuosly bleeding from last 7 days.first 3 days got spotting only after that heavy bleeding as far.feeling irritated dont know when it goes away.4month ago i did tvs nd whole abdomen ultrasound.got choclate cyst nd bulky uterus.my period cycle 25 days.with 4 day bleeding.but in this month dont know wats going wrong with me.kindly suggest me

Hello doctor..i took unwanted 72 (within 8 hour) 15days ago ...and yesterday was my regular period due date so from yesterday there was some spotting but from night 2am there were more abdominal pain it started bleeding heavy with like bad blood with many clots..clots were in mehroon colour and now blood are in red colour..and also while peeing the clots are coming.. whats its happening?? I am so tensed???please rply

My fathers age is 59 years old, his Hba1c reports shows he is pre diabetic stage, we are testing FBS each week or the next week. Following are the results of FBS. 01/06/2021 - FBS 121 mg/dL 13/06/2021 - FBS 116 mg/dL 20/06/2021 - FBS 117 mg/dL 04/07/2021 - FBS 126 mg/dL 11/07/2021 - FBS 127 mg/dL & PPBS 122 mg/dL 18/07/2021 - FBS 115 mg/dL 31/07/2021 - FBS 124 mg/dL 09/08/2021 - FBS 101 mg/dL I want to ask that he is not on any diabetic medication or any other medications, going with diet and some moderate walks to decrease sugar levels. But suddenly it decreased to 101 mg/dL is it a cause for concern?. Whether he is diabetic?. Or it is normal?

Hi, I have started Diane 35 on 3 rd day of my period and taken for 4 days then missed 2 pills and taken 2 pills after that completely stopped. 3 days after I had moderate abdominal pain which lasted for more than one day. Is it ovulation pain. I never had this type of pain in mid of month. I m overthinking and scared like hell thinking something bad happened in ovary due to missed pills. Can anyone please help to understand what's happening.

Hello Doctors, I am a 27 year old unmarried female, I got some basic investigations done yesterday and got to that my prolactin levels are as high as 56.55 ng/mL. The basic symptoms include headache, pain in eyes and excessive and frequent burning urination and thirst. My breasts have started producing milk. My HbA1c levels are normal and thyroid levels are also normal. I got some blood profile done as well but there isn't a major fluctuation. Everything apart from this as good as it should be. Kindly suggest what should be done next.
