I am suffering from gastric bleching and past three days my heart beat is going fast like 100 plus in rest time. Is it gas issue ? I have done ecg and ultrasound test but report shows normal

Doctor prescribed me 4 dose intradermal anti rabies vaccination schedule Day 0 3 7 28 i took 3 doses and last 4th Day 28 vaccine is due on 2 August and today again a street dog scratch me with nails minor bleeding no wound so what should i do now should start anti rabies vaccine again or have to take extra dose.
