Frequent cough and cold problem
My mother is 54 years old. After recovering from covid, she is suffering from frequenct cough and cold. She has cough and mucus in her throat from two months. Aftwr taking medicine her cough and cole gone. Again she is affected by cough and cold 7 days ago. It is because she ate ice cream and cold drink. Now she is taking montek lc. How many days she can take this medicine for cough anf cold? She coughs 7 to 8 times a day. And clear throat aroount 10 to 12 times a day..please guide..

If since 2 months then it cannot be due to cold or ice creams. Need evaluation with tests and proper medications under prescription.
