1. For Fever, Headache, Bodyache:
Paracetamol (e.g., Crocin 500 mg)
2. For Nasal Congestion & Runny Nose:
Steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil or plain hot water — safe & effective
3. For Dry Cough or Throat Irritation:
Warm fluids (turmeric milk, tulsi tea, ginger-honey mix)
Cough syrups:
Benadryl, Grilinctus: generally safe for short-term use (1–2 tsp 2–3 times/day), but can cause baby drowsiness.
