Hi Dr, I am 21 years old. Actually I am over weight and so I do dancing and exercises. But at some points while dancing usually stomack ache happens 2 me. Only at the right region above my stomack. I felt pain like that of a weapon piercing inside my stomack. What can be the reason 4 it? This happen only when I used to focus on stomack & dance. And also sometimes a particular part of heart gets hurt. Could you plz respond the reason 4 this.

I got a blood test done today morning and an hour later I have a small but firm and tender lump at the site. Uncomfortable to fold my arm as well. Will it go away? Do I need to take any medicine? I'm applying an ice pack right now This has never happened with me
