I am suffering from migraine since 10-12 yrs, though I got it diagnosed only 3 yrs ago,
👉it's generally right sided.
👉During attacks one half of body feels inflamed.
👉Earlier it got relieved after a good night's sleep.
👉Now it generally relieves after multiple vomits.
👉The frequency of attacks and intensity of pain is increasing.
👉Now I get 4-5 attacks a month.
👉To avoid it I take Flunarizine 10 mg during exams & journeys.
👉However once started, no medication works.
I have figured out the stimulant/trigger for my migraine by maintaining a diary that I can share only with doctor.
I know migraines are usually not completely treatable only be minimised.
I need help in its management with limited medications.
Thanks!
