Hy I am on birth control I had my periods 15 July and stopped taking 2nd cycle of birth control after some days I experienced withdrawal bleeding now my withdrawal bleeding is over I don't want to take birth control so can I stop now now my periods would be on time???

I have gallbladder stone and some occasional pain.
I have planned for surgery within 2 months.
Today I have done cbc and lft.
My platelet count is showing 1.2 lakh.
Is it linked to my gallbladder stones or any other issues.
