Hi am 27Y/Male, professionally a banker. Recently i took vit. D(25OH) test which shows 21.90 ng/ml. Usually I'll get neck stiffness pain frequently and excess head sweat. So I took this test. How to increase vitamin D Level? What is the best time for sunlight exposure? Is there any other treatment for vit. D Deficiency?

Due to pain and weakness in my legs, I got my general tests done which showed haemoglobin level 11.5 gm/dL and abnormally high TSH3 level which is 12.800 µIU/mL. Will high TSH3 always result in high T3 and T4. Please suggest further course of action and diet care too.

From yesterday afternoon, I'm not feeling well as I have shivering in my whole body. In the evening, I got fever 99.5°F. I took paracetamol and slept. Next day morning, symptoms got worse like headache, body ache, runny nose, fever and shivering was same as yesterday's. Eyes are reddish. I took cefixime 200 and paracetamol for a temporary relief.
