After effect of Meftal forte in dengue
My husband got fever on sunday , he took dolo but had no relief in fever. So at night he took Meftal and continuously took twice a day till today morning. We got his dengue positive report on Tuesday evening.His platelets counts were falling down very quickly and now at 1 lakh. He was taking caripill as well as other fluids and fruits. But no use. He is feeling very weak and platelets are also very less.
Now my query is as we stopped taking Meftal ,so can these pills n other fluid intake can work?
Or we need to admit him to the hospital for further care? I am giving him kiwi, coconut water, fresh papaya leaf juice.
Kindly help us.
