Can i take Shelcal 500 everyday 1 tab ?
I am 23 yrs old girl. I encounter regular back pains when I sit for long in tutions and it gets worse with time , unless I lie down . Can I take shelcal 500 mg (composition- elemental calcium 500 mg & vitamin d3 - 250 IU) everyday 1 tab to overcome my back pain ?? . Please guide .
