Shelcal 500 for 16 yr old girl.
Could I give Shelcal 500 to my 16 yrs old daughter as preventive measure from Covid 19 and also to promote her height and growth.

Not recommended for covid prophylaxis Yes u can give shelcal but normal good balanced diet is sufficient for good growth

Instead u can give her calcium rich diet and sun exposure...that gives better results than supplements. . And it is not a proven preventive measure
