Swelling in left eye. It's red and paining. There is a pimple on my eyelid. It's been there for past three days. It's also itching.

We are trying to conceive from last 6 months. Lihave doe ovalution study for this month's. Day 11, 2folicles were there with size 25*18mm n 18*12. I had injection still its not ruptured.day 19,size for f1 was 28*25 and for f2 2 25*20mm. Still both didn't ruptured. Pct test report is normal...It may be cyst now...What to do next to conceive naturally asap

My father is suffering from fever since last 5 days, body temperature is fluctuating between 100 to 104, blood tests are done,  maleria test negative, in Widal test s typhi O is 1:80 & also chest PA view is normal

B12 was 163 which is below range, I have tingling, numbness, Weakness, short of breath, Fatigue, tried, body pain, plz check the blood report ...taken vitcofol 6 2ml injection in last 10 days... My question is : 1) which test need to check Iron level bcoz I thing IRON might cause my hemoglobin low. 2) how to go off this symptoms how many more injection I have to take bcoz I am PPI for GERD which have started all this. Need to be on PPI for few more month as GERD is almost resolve Also want some tip to increase my hemoglobin an RBC. I am having fever and mild shivering on and off for about 12 days with little body weakness. I don't feel feel these symptoms all the day. Usually during the nights i feel slight shivering. The normal temperatures when i feel fine is in the range 98.2 F to 98.6 F. But when I feel the shivering and fever sensation the temperature is the range 96.8 F to 97.1 F I consulted a doctor and did some tests like CBP, CRP, typhoid test, malaria, dengue, covid rtpcr test. All came negative and values are within normal range. My doctor suggested monocef cv and some vitamin supplements. And i have no medical history of diabetes, BP, asthma etc. I don't have any other symptoms. No cough, no cold or any pains except fever sensation and mild weakness at some time during the day. I don't know how to proceed.
