1. I have swollen neck in thyroid region 2. Small round structures in mouth 3. Sonography shows spleenomegaly 4. Tiredness and loss of weight This is from last 3 months Taken medicine but not cured

Hi doctor I don't know why whenever I am eating anything I am experiencing a very foul taste literally the taste is very bad although I am vaccinated and I don't have any past experience of covid but I don't know why I am getting foul taste I am taking Ci quad medicine as my leg was fractured so it was prescribed by my doc plzz help me how to get rid of this foul taste

I am having a feeling of sleepy in day time from the last 2 days, no fever,no cough and no tiredness. My Spo2 is 98% and Heart Rate is 70-90 BPM. My eyes feels heavy and sleepy feeling occurs. Does this issue points any major issue. I am 24 years having sedentary lifestyle. No history of covid also. Please guide me in this regard.

Dear sir, Before 3 months I have diagnosed with widal fever. From last 3 months I'm facing weakness, I have went for surgical profile and got all normal results. Identified 7mm kidney stone left side. I'm always feeling weakness or tired. Regularly I'm taking good food and fruits, still feeling same. Do I go to any other tests? I was assymptomatic covid positive early April. Since then there are days when I am fine but there are days sometimes I will feel pricky throat, sometimes pain on top of ear just behind the ear, and gas heat burn most of the times. None of these are constant, they come they stay and go. Back muscle pain also. I burp a lot even when I am on sompraz. Is this normal or what can I do to feel better and get rid of these effects.

My sgot(ast )level is 70...and sgpt(alt) level is 81...bilurubin 0.96...is this normal range...or I need treatment
