Hi am 32 years old. I have regular periods cycle (30-32 days). Usually first day there won't be much bleeding.from second day only flow ll be more. This month first day itself I have more Bleeding. It this normal? I don't have any other complications.

Hi my last lmp on 1 august I have 25 dyz cycle.but today 0n 22august I got spotting last lmp I got spotting 3 days then period come with heavy flow with clots.in this tym again started spotting.is any serious issue.? spoting came within 22day .I diagnosis Ish usg on this april I have ovarian cyst.but now m worried is any serious issue?

Hi, My backside of my left toe has been paining really bad since the last few days. It also happened earlier (around a year back)but with medications it reduced. Now again it has started. Whenever I exercise,the pain increases. I go for walks for around 2 hours a day as I want to loose weight. After that the toe pains a lot and I am unable to even stand for 10-15 mins. I am currently taking salt and hot water and just put my legs in it as I feel a little better. Kindly suggest what could be the reason behind this and how to reduce it without stopping exercise. My periods delayed for 10 days,not pregent 💯. Hello. My sugar with fast was 86 last month. But today simply went for after food testing its came 175. I had finished my breakfast 10.15 and gave sample by 11.50. And in breakfast had a lot of sweets etc. It that diabetic or simply spike? I was having more sweets from couple of week. Could any one suggest. I need to worry? Went for testing as routine every 6 month.
