I am having a feeling of Sleepiness during day time, my pulse rate now ranges from 65-72 BPM, now shifting in between 67-72bpm. Does the heart rate is low?. Should i worrry due to feeling of sleepiness?. No any other symptoms.

Yesterday I took my 2nd shot of Covid vaccine and I was fine without any major side effects. But today noon suddenly I got severe headache and still I have facing. Is this because of the vaccine. Can I take Disprin for the headache. If not what medication is recommended. Thanks, Madan

Hi, my husband is suffering from cold( more sneezing) and cough since Saturday night. He took vicks action 500 yesterday and dolo 650 also but it it didn't go. He doesn't have a fever ,the temperature is less than 37.4 c consistently. Is it okay to take matair lc and ascoril for the cold and cough? Pls help.. this could be a small issue due to this pandemic I'm scared
