Dizziness and Nausea
I have been feeling dizzy since i have woken up in the morning (been 10 hours already). I have puked once since then because of the heavy headedness. I am not able to even get out of bed.

Stugeron forte 25 mg TDS will help...
Or else take plain Domstal 10 mg first .. if doesn't settle can go ahead....
Need to rule out other conditions as well
