My TSH is 3.5 and T4 is high 12.03. T3 is 1.55. I have been prescribed Thyronorm 12.5. For how many days do I have to take the medicine?

Hi Doctor, I am currently on Malaria medicine since yesterday. The doctor has given me some medicine from her clinic itself and Tab Lumerax 80mg twice a day. However after taking these meds I'm having itching in my body in small intervals. The itching is mostly on my thigh, hands and back. Is it an allergic reaction? Please suggest something to reduce the itching
