I have been having a sharp intermittent pain in the hypogastric region since yesterday. This is centrally located exactly where the stomach meets the pelvis. It gets worse while I sit or stretch, but does not pain if I press down on the pain. It happened when my trouser bit down on this location while having a full bladder. As for my medical history I have no regular medicines prescribed. I have had gastrointestinal issues and urine infection often (the latter mainly due to retention due to unclean washrooms at workplace). Other than this, I have taken the 2nd dose of the covishield vaccine yesterday. My family physician is not available at present so I don't know what medicines to take. Please help?

Hi , I suffered dengue a few days back, got tested for dengue  and hepatitis both . Now my hepatitis E Igm result came positive with SGPT and SGOT level as 90 . My doctor is saying it's false positive . What should I do ? Should I repeat the test . If yes after how much time .

Hi doctor, my last lap was July 19 ..this month I didn't get my periods at... no inter course happen.. why I'm having missed periods frequently now a days..in April and may month also I didn't get my periods...( Feb and March I did workouts and food control heavily.. ) so I thought suddenly change in life style cause my periods delay.. My mother id having pain from past 10 days. Consulted a doctor and bp was high that time (158/98) Doctor gave the medicine but there is no major improvement as it was just for high bp. 2 years ago my mom also suffered ear pain and her veins around neck were weak. My MR Venogram reports says I have hypoplastic left transverse and sigmoid sinuses. My ANA report came slightly positive. Can you please explain me what it means ?
