I took my second shot of covishield Thursday.Can I drink wine or beer on sunday?Please suggest if yes how much is ok?

I got my first Covid-19 vaccine yesterday. At night I developed high fever. Now the fever has subsided but I am facing excessive/frequent urination problem since yesterday night. Every 30 minutes or so I feel the urge to urinate. I am taking paracetamol 500 mg to manage fever. Why urination frequency has increased after taking the vaccine?

Doctor,   जब भी मैं अपना सिर हिलाता हूं तो मेरे सिर के ऊपर बाईं ओर से लेकर मेरी बाईं आंख में दर्द  शुरू हो जाता है   ऐसा लगता है कि मेरे सिर में की नसमें दर्द होता है लेकिन कुछ समय के बाद मेरा दर्द दूर हो जाता है लेकिन लगातार मेरे सिर पर भारीपन महसूस होता है जब मैं छींकता या खांसता हूं तो फिर दर्द शुरू हो जाता है और मुझे अपनी गर्दन में दर्द भी सामान्य रूप से और जब भी मैं उठता हूं  सोने के बाद तो मुझे गर्दन में दर्द होता है   मैं क्या करता हूं कृपया राहत के लिए कोई दवा सुझाएं
