Can a pulled muscle cause stomach pain in left side of lower abdomen, it's not sharp but dull pain with no other symptoms. I have back pain as well. Or is it because tomorow is my periods date. Please help.

8 months back took hcq400 for corona and got skipped beats then got scared went to hospital they gave treatment for corona as well as for skipped beats they gave metosartan 50 for 3 days then I was discharged and was not on any meds for 8 months, had varied symptoms of heart thuds these 8 months, got an ecg now and got irbbb, is it all due to anxiety before covid I was fine. Should I take any treatment now, heart rate and bp normal but just getting thud when lying down. Should I take Nexpro or clonazepam or no need this is my complete history, attaching ecg please advice
