Hi, My son 2.5years old, but he is not talking our mother tongue (Tamil) language properly. He is talking something, but we cannot understand his language. He is saying alphabets, numbers, colours, rhymes from tv. Whether is this serious concern.

Hi Doctor, My wifes LMP was 9.8.21. 4 follicles were over 18 -23 mm range. Doctor gave an HCG injection on 19th and on 20th-only 1 follicle was ruptured and we did an IUI. Post IUI she got a severe pain in her abdomen area.  On 21st she was again given hCG injection. On 21st all other 3 were ruptured and we did the 2nd IUI. Post that Doctor gave 5-6 medicines like Duphaston, Augmentin, Progynova including Susten 400mg 2 tablets twice a day. After taking Susten she feels very dizziness and restless. Please advise on the chances of the conception and precautions to be taken ahead for success.. Today is 6th day from 2nd IUI . Please advise.. thanks in advance..
