Sudden pain in lower abdomen
I feel a sudden pain in lower abdomen left side and back left side.
I hv took pid and uti meds for over four weeks nothing seems to get better.
Pl advice

Hi I can understand your concerns
Since you already took medication for urinary tract infection we need to plan for ultrasound abdomen to know the cause .
For now you can take Pain meds
Tab drotin As temporary solution
Drink adequate water
