I am having stomach gas trouble, and bowel motion problem i.e not able to properly clean the bowel. But not now i am having a feeling of something stuck at the left side throat and at the same time also having feeling of something stuck feeling near the back and the food pipe. And my left side nose is becoming dry so some discomfortness in breathing. My spo2 is normal, no temperature and no cough.

Fatty liver grade 2, gallbladder polyps 4 mm. Suffering from mild stomach pain from 2 days. CBP, LFT is normal. Taking gluconorm g 1 Aten 50, cobadex czs. B.p is normal. Diabetic level is 250 after meals. Stomach pain in whole stomach.

My mother age 57 is diabetes for the last 10 years. 3 days ago while cutting vegetables she accidentally wounded one of her fingers. At first the bleeding was not stopping I used a lot of pressure to stop the bleeding but now the finger is swollen and if you press the Swollen area transparent liquid is coming out from the cut.
