Incidentally found 2.9mm polyp
So i had an usg scan for abdomen, it showed tint 2.9mm polyp and distended gb wall with normal thickness. In my last post few doctors said i should contact surgeon and get it removed as it notorious to become malignant, but it is 2.9mm, is it mandatory to get the gb removed? I mean is the risk high? My lft is normal. Also m scared about cancer. I want to take preventive measure that it doesn't happen. I have already removed fat from my diet, i have been eating healthy and homely food only. I do gym regularly. Please tel me what else I can do and at what interval i should repeat the scans.
