Scared of USG
So, in 2021 September 19, i had a usg scan which showed 2.9mm gb polyp. The gastro doctor asked to redo the ultrasound after a year.
Then in august 2022, i re did an usg but at another facility, there was no polyp. I asked the operator to check specifically, he couldn't find it.
Then the doctor said after a year do once again and if nothing is found then ignore it and no need to worry.
But I read an post by a user in practo that, for her in the second usg it was missed and in the 3rd it came out to be increased in size. And eventually she had to take her gbladder out. I am worried if same will happen to me ;(.
I am very scared of the result and hence delaying the usg every day. Please help me.

Get your ultrasound scan at an accredited diagnostic centre.Once gall bladder polyps are detected ,it is a standard practice to periodically monitor them to observe any changes in size and manage accordingly .
