1. For GB polyp- get 6monthly USG and monitor the size- upto 1cm can be left untreated
After 1cm risk of cancer increases so if it increases to 1cm get laparoscopic cholecystectomy
2. For cortical cyst, though size is small they have not mention about whether it’s a simple or complex cyst- get CT abdomen for more information on the cyst

These are accidental findings during the scan.As for as gall bladder polyp,it's a small one, repeat the scan once in 6-8 months to compare the size

Your ultrasound is largely normal. The liver, pancreas, kidneys, bladder and prostate are all healthy. There is a very small gallbladder polyp (5.5 mm), which is most commonly a harmless cholesterol polyp and does not require surgery at this size. There is also a tiny simple cyst in the left kidney, which is a common incidental finding and usually causes no problems. At present, no treatment is needed. We only recommend a repeat ultrasound after about 6–12 months to ensure the gallbladder polyp remains stable, and you should seek medical review if you develop severe right upper abdominal pain, fever, jaundice, or blood in the urine

These cysts are mostly benign, just you need to monitor it once in 3 to 6 months, if it grows, becomes painful then it needs biopsy and removal.

A small gallbladder polyp and a simple renal cyst are both very common and almost always benign (non-cancerous) findings on routine ultrasound. Simple renal cysts are extremely common in adults and do not require treatment â just periodic monitoring. Small gallbladder polyps (under 1 cm) are also generally benign and do not require surgery; they just need a follow-up ultrasound in 6-12 months to confirm they are not growing. There is no need for immediate concern.
Next Steps
Repeat the abdominal ultrasound in 6 months to check the size of the gallbladder polyp. If the polyp is under 1 cm and stable on follow-up, no intervention is needed. For polyp you have to do more investigations regularly and we need to evaluate whether it is cancerous or not... For now 5mm polyp so not needed to go under surgery.... And for cyst further investigation and tests only can tell about nature of cyst... Kindly contact for follow up

According to your ultrasound (USG) report, both the gallbladder polyp and the renal cyst appear to be benign. At present, they do not require surgery. However, it is advisable to repeat the ultrasound after 3–6 months to monitor for any change in size or appearance. For further evaluation and appropriate management, please consult a general surgeon.
