More history is required to understand your concerns. With just reports it's difficult to treat a patient. You may consult with more elaborate history. But regarding your query if any abnormality in the report - yes, the report isn't absolutely normal, there is some fluid collection in iliac fossa and significant post-void residue. But the cause for it can be explained with better history and physical examination.

You are giving the inadequate data regarding the problem you are facing. the ultrasound abdomen shows that there is a collection of in the left part of the lower abdomen but all the organs are within normal limits in uterus and ovary. Please try to contact me I will explain you in detail.
