I have been experiencing panic attacks since last night, two times at night and one just now... Fast heartbeat that I can feel thumping in my chest and head, difficulty in breathing. What can be the reason for this..?

I am having sinus and due to this i get a lot of sneezing but the worse is everyday when i wake my chest feels heavy with cough and mucus with runny or dry nose, headache and un active feeling. Please help me with the cure.

Hi Doctor, I had taken my 2dose of Sputnik vaccine on last Saturday soon after I had a chilled glass full of Banana milkshake and on the way home I again had a chilled Frooti and post reaching home had a chilled glass of Pepsi after that day onwards I have fever, chills running nose and cough now my throat also have started hurting when I drink hot water. After my covid recovery, I did my ecg as I was having Slight issue with chest pain. The ecg report showed SINUS ARRYTHYMIA & said it's normal, Nothing is wrong. After a month the right side of chest pain used to pain but it got resolved after taking muscle relaxant. Now since August my left side of chest pains at a certain point and it is very sharp. Very sharp and happens all of a sudden and I have to keep warm bottle to ease it. I went to see a cardiologist and she prescribed me vitamins and calciums and omega drops. I did everything but the pain is not resolving. Also I can feel my heartbeat sometimes. Heart rate ranges from 75-95, sometimes 105 when I walk. Chest xray was normal, cholesterol normal, blog sugar and TSH normal. I went to cardiologist again and she said it's muscular and didn't check properly. My left arm and hand pains a lot and I have to put bandage over it. Please tell the next steps

I have pain around bones of right ear and joints. whenever open mouth ,yawning the pain noticed significantly from 1 month . I consulted general physician and he diagnosed the problem as tmj arthritis and gave me aceclofenac twice a day 5 days , cetrizine for 5 days . Can I take naproxen instead of aceclofenac and what's the dosage of naproxen for this condition ?
