  4. Left arm and neck pain. Above 2 problem.

Left arm and neck pain.
Hello, I'm feeling neck pain and left arm light pain. Left abdomen and chest uncomfortable. Feeling gas in stomach. I have left jaw and left side headache from 3days. Please suggest some tablet for this above 2 problem.
