In my husband lipid profile more triglycerides are seen .triglycerides 300mg/dl.is their any risk.if so what should the precautions we take..plz suggest me

My husband got fever on sunday , he took dolo but had no relief in fever. So at night he took Meftal and continuously took twice a day till today morning. We got his dengue positive report on Tuesday evening.His platelets counts were falling down very quickly and now at 1 lakh. He was taking caripill as well as other fluids and fruits. But no use. He is feeling very weak and platelets are also very less. Now my query is as we stopped taking Meftal ,so can these pills n other fluid intake can work? Or we need to admit him to the hospital for further care? I am giving him kiwi, coconut water, fresh papaya leaf juice. Kindly help us.

I had bat bite 1 month ago but didn't take rabies vaccine. Does bat cause rabies? Because I am very tensed now because of it.

I have typhoid 1:160 positive for last 14 days. I have been taking all the prescribed medicines. I am strict with my diet too. But I am still feeling nausea all the time. Yesterday i ate quite a bit of masalas(homemade), and i had itching in my anus opening throughout the day yesterday, then also i had general feeling of discomfort in my stomach, and burning farts, and they were severely foul smelling. Today i had itchy session again at morning, then i feel discomfort in stomach(no pain though), feels like inner wall is burning or something, then also farts are burning type. Prior to this i had just recovered from hunger type pain and mushy stool(i was given rifagut for 5 days)... Today i saw first time bowel movement was half solid then it was soft, 2nd time when i went it was soft(complete mushy)... can I be having stomach ulcer? I am having such symptoms since a month :(. I am going for usg abdomen tomorrow though as said by my gastro doctor... please help, m scared.
