For my mom age 42: I'm taking ganaton total (PPI) (for Sore Esophagus & GERD) and mankind placida (for depression and anxiety) since 3 months. I cured my Esophagus and am fine now. Can I take covid vaccine while taking these medicines?

After afternoon meal my bp was 140/80. is this normal? Kindly suggest. Does this require any medicine.

Hello doctor, actually my concern is, yesterday I was having lunch with my friend at a dhaba where there were many stray kittens playing around Now to my suprise my stupidious friend was constantly feeding the kittens with his hands while eatimg and touching the same common food of ours So is there any need to concern for the same because l remain really anxious of these things and believe hat the rabies virus could spread like this to me Please guide!! My friend has been suffering from fever since last 4days temperature goes up to 102 degree .  No other problems, no cough. usually the fever rises at night. he has already done RAT test suspecting CoVid 19 but it came out to be negative. he is taking paracetamol tablets but not much effective. is it a viral fever only or it is advisable to go and check physically with Doctor.
