I am 28 years old men. I am skinny guy, height is 5ft 11in . Weight is 55kgs please tell me how to overcome this body without gym.

When ever I drink anything I have an urge to pee even if it's plain water , but the output is low and I am not diabatic or obese or anything . Whenever there is weight on stomach or pant is tight this thing occurs , what to do ?

After covid recovery from the month of June, my mother who is 54 years old, having constant cough and cold. Cough is very mild and it occurs due to little throat irritation. Dry cough. However from last 5 days she has sneezing and runny nose and little headache. Before that she did not have runny nose but she felt mucus in her throat. Now from last 5 days, her throat is becoming clean but dry cough is there. And she has runny nose and sneezing. Please guide what is it?

I recovered from covid on sept 1 with mild infection, after that I observed lymph nodes swollen in groin part and in neck region. I myself got tested by fnac, they gave report of possibilities of lymphoproliferative or granulomatus. The next day we repeated fnac, they concluded by saying post covid reactive lymphadentis. In neck portion lymph node regressed.. But in groin place lymph nodes are there still. Can anyone seen any kind of this case who got lymph nodes swollen in inguinal region after covid. Or do I need to take any further evaluations. Please help me. Thanks I'm advance. BTW hiv and other STD tests ruled out and conclusively negative.

My dad is 60 years old. He's been telling that his head is spinning continuously. Done MRI for brain and EEG but found none. And we got a normal report for blood test includes sugar level . I don't understand how to solve my dad problem

We have recently relocated to US now its been a month, since my stay in US i am having severe hair loss. Since i suspected hard water as the reason fir hair loss, i am now using filter for getting soft water. U am also oiling my hair thrice in a week and shampooing my hair twise in a week. This is the rutin i use to follow while my stay india. Please note that i am using the same hair oil and shampoo which i was using in India . But my diat has changed with less of rice now. I qas thinking is the hair loss was due to lack of vitamin. Do you think if it is a good option to take multi vitamin tablet for hair loss in this situation...

Hi..on 28th sep ,i had my 2nd dose of vaccination..i was suffred from nausea and body pain then i took paracetomol on 29th sep..but still my hand us having pain not able to lift up ..now i can see red patch near that vaccinated point with some swelling..pls suggest
