Hand and feet cold
During winter my hand and feet are cold like ice and sometimes sweating from my toes ..plz suggest any remedies or what is the reason behind this ..

Hello, It is a normal phenomenon to experience a feeling of cold in your extremities like hands and feet during winter season, specially if you belong from a region which experiences really cold weather, since our body loses heat the most from extremities.
Next Steps
Possible remedy would be to keep your hands and feet covered/layered with gloves and socks. Use of a blanket can be beneficial
