A bit elevated uric acid around 7.5, B12 - 300, HB1C - 6.1 and Fatty liver. A bit of digestion issues and legs and hands feels a bit numb(less sensation) or feel cold/dryness? Any thing suggested for further diagnosis?

Please share detailed medical history. Get lipid profile done and share results. Avoid tomatoes,  spinach, alcohol,  red meat, fats. Tab neurobion forte one daily for 6 to 8 weeks. Cap Evion 400mg one morning and one evening for 4 weeks. Tab pantaprazole 40mg one daily before breakfast for 7 days. Tab unienzyme one morning and one evening for 10 days. For digestion take small frequent meals,  more of fresh green vegetables, sprouts,  whole grains, nuts.

HbA1C 6.1 comes under pre diabetes, which will need further evaluation. Numbness of hands and feet could be related to elevated sugar levels or uric acid. Vitamin b 12 values are normal. Fatty liver, if it is grade 1or 2, can be easily controlled with lifestyle.modifications. Need further evaluation and consultation with these laboratory values
