I have dry cough from morning today ans feels something there in throat  there is no cold fever kindly advise the reason and remedies for it

So i am having mushy stool since few weeks, its sticky and smelly. I used to have constipation sometimes too, i have done a course of rifaximin for a week as i was having hunger pangs too, it improved the stool structure but again today it happened the same(mushy), and my farts are burning type and there's itching at anus... Also yesterday i ate around 4-5 boiled eggs, can that be the cause? Also if fat indigestion is there, how to treat? I have done lft and all the values were under normal range... And stool, Mushy in the sense not completely lose, its a mix of mushy and solid and sticky.. Its colour is yellow.

Can we suspect if fever 100 & headache ? And pinning at knees , and can I go for dengue test at 1st day of fever

I have one query. Is dry cough sign of any kind of cancer such as lung or throat or any? Dry cough due to throat irritation is very common among some people but when it occurs regular basis such as coughing four to five times a day, is it any waring sign? Please suggest. No blood with cough and no phelm.

I am having fever since last 3days. It was 103 degree yesterday than after having paracetamol the temperature was 101 today morning. Now when I measured it's 98 but still I am feeling feverish and body is hot too. Also I have cough since 3days. I am taking paracetamol once a day for 3days. Covid negative. Please suggest

Hello, from few days I am feeling a pain and hot burning feeling in my thigh area just above my left knee. Feels like pain in nerves. Can someone help with what the issue could be and what should I do? Could it be because I have recently started cycling on my exercise bike or could it be kidney related as I have got kidney stones of size around 3.6-3.8 in both kidneys?
