My wife has a kind of allergy (sneezing and running nose in the morning after woke up). Some times it will prolong throughout the day. She is using NEZAFLO (steroid) spray to control this. Can we take covishield vaccine when she is using the spray for the past two months?

I am vomiting yellow some time feel constipation and after taking laxative I have black stools . I feel heat whole day. I feel nausea and am not sleeping for last many days. 2 day before i have gone for widal test o antogen was 1:80 , h was 1:160, tlc was 6600, today again i have gone for widal test o is 1:160 and h is 1:160 with tlc 4800. I have low grade fever and body weakness, i am taking 1.125g bd ceftrixione tazabactum injection with amoxyclav 625 mg bd since yesterday morning  along with vitamins. How much time it will take to recover.

I take my 1st dose on 10th may. After that on 16th may I found myself as covid 19 positive. And admitted in a private hospital on 18th may. Due to covid I cannot take my 2nd dose on time. Yesterday I took my 2nd dose. Now I am having high fever. At night temperature was 103. And I took a paracetamol. Now it was 102. What should I do ?

.When I tested, my cholesterol level shows 96, Blood sugar fasting 143, 203 in PP.  I am taking medicine for blood glucose and BP. How to reduce my blood sugar? Is my cholesterol level is correct? Please comment.
