How do i know my lymph node had been swollen for years it found accidentally which is not getting any bigger

So I had my annual check up done and the reports say that my MPV level is 14.3 (higher than normal 6.5 to 12) and PDW is 22 (higher than normal 9.6 to 15.2). My platelets count is 228 which is normal but PLCR is 58.4 (about 16 percent higher than normal). Is there anything I need to worry about, I haven't been diagnosed with any serious ailment before. Please help.

I am on my 34th day of my cycle. And yet now periods didnt come. Last month during the time of periods i was having pain and bleeding. So i took an injection and also tablet as suggested my the doctor. Will it delay periods? Prescribed injection and tablets are uploaded here. Please go through it and give a reply.

I have recived covishield 1st dose recently now after 5 days very strange kind of pain started in my stomach it felt like many niddle inside my stomach at once but with more pain.then I felt niddle like pain in my groin for a second, I am also having headaches spacially back side, is it normal ,what should I do.

I recently did a complete health check up and as per blood report all tests are with a normal range except for eosinophils count which is 11.6,please advise if this is normal or requires any further test or medication Thanks Vidya
