Did you check with an ENT doctor? First rule out if there is infection either in the sinusitis or in the teeth if none of it is present then you should look for a pain Doctor Who could rule out if you have any autonomic Cafe LGS that is a special kind of headaches that will also cause swelling and redness of the face with pain
