  4. Back Pain on the upper middle side. Do?

Back Pain on the upper middle side
I have suffering from back pain since 2 weeks ,the back pain is on the upper middle side ,sometimes it goes to back of the neck also ,after using painkiller gel ,it relieves,but after sometime again occurs ,my age is now 56 ,what I have to do ?
