I got blood blister in the side of my tounge suddenly , after eating like choclate , cofee and moisturized thing ( exposed to environment) like namak para ( pea) and any low quality food...please suggest me any medicine for this sensitive and allergy on my tounge ..

My father his age is 70.He has diabeties and BP. His neck is paining on backside left side of neck is paining. He also has gap in spinal cord. From 5 to 8 days his neck is paining. After taking tablet of painkiller it's still paining. Please suggest treatment. Thank you.
