Dengue, malaria and typhoid tests are negative. After every 6-7 hrs he is developing high fever with shivering. Taking PCM for fever. Attached is the hemogram profile. Please suggest what to do. He is diabetic and fully vaccinated.

Hi Doctor I had been suffering from cold a week ago. Had stuffy nose without nasal discharge and had sore throat. it was accompanied by mild fever ranging between 100.3-100.9. Now stuffy nose issue has resolved and sore throat is mild with no fever. But I haven't got back my taste and smell. I cannot smell even a little. Ability to taste is also lesser. No other discomfort. Please let me know if this is normal and what can be done. Thank you

I'm having squeezing like pain in the middle of the chest below ribs. It's there for 5 or 10mins getting relieved after taking diegene. During that pain it's getting difficult to breath, no other symptoms like walking difficulty. Sweating and weakness. Ecg is normal.. how to rule out whether it's because of gastritis or heart issues. Getting that pain even in early morning. Please advise
