Hello Doctor, After bursting crackers and because of the smoke, next day morning my throat started feeling discomfort, my nose was blocked, runny nose and sour throat and I am feeling low. I tried taking Levocet tablet last two nights but still I have blocked nose and dizziness. Could you please suggest if there is any better medicine. I have had 2 doses of Covishield vaccination 2 months back. I have been taking nasal spray for Allergic rhinitis. Thanks.

Hello doctor.. I am experiencing nausea for last 3 months. Food keeps coming back to my throat. I visited a doctor in Max hospital. He said its Gastritis. He gave me Ganaton capsule. It helps but when I stop taking it, nausea starts again. But I have no abdomen pain. Only nausea for 3 months and my ultrasound was also normal. Is this really gastritis or what? I am done. I don't want to live like this anymore. Its such a disgusting feeling. I don't want to live if this feeling is life long.

I am having fever for one day now. Now Thermometer reading 99 No sardi No cold. Currently I am talking Calpol 650. Can you please suggest some home remedies? Any suggestion please? Age : 41 , Male

Since about 3 months I am experiencing very low energy levels and tired all the time. I used to work out and follow proper diet before that. I assumed that the weakness could be because of muscle loss and will recover soon. But it kept getting worse. Also I have calf muscle inflammation all the time, especially during nights while trying to sleep. I got some tests done, vitamin profile, hemogram, thyroid profile etc. And I have low vitamin D as you can see in the attachment. But is it sufficient reason to cause such low energy levels?? How much dosage of vit D supplement is recommended??

So i had few questions regarding a gb polyp in my usg yesterday, it showed 2.9mm polyp attached to the anterior wall of gallbladder. 1. Is this serious? 2. What food should I avoid? I anyway have been avoiding junk food since a long time. 3. Can I drink alcohol in moderation?(once or twice in 4-5 months), will it be safe? When i drink that too will be in moderation, maximum aroind 90ml. 4. I am avoiding fat, which fat to avoid, saturated or unsaturated as well? I was planning to take omega d3 tablets, will it affect the polyp? 5. At what interval should i repeat usg? I am confused about annually or half yearly, as my doctor said anually bt my frnd who's pursuing mbbs, said half yearly. 6. Can i take chicken(boiled), daily? As i workout in gym daily 7. Does this regress or go away on its own? Please help me. I am worried and unable to sleep because of this.

My mother took coviedshild. there was redness at vaccinated site. We had consulted the local doctor. He gave medicine and asked us to apply ice at that site. Redness is reduced but now she unable to do work because it feels very light and inactive sometime.

I got my rabies vaccination in 2018 (All 5 doses). Funny but a stray dog sneezed on my face while I was giving it food on 20.10.2021. So I took a rabies injection the next day I.e 21.10.2021. The very next day I.e. 22.10.2021 a rat bit me on my toe. So I continued to take another rabies injection on the third day I.e. 24.10.2021. My only concern is that should I take all the 5 doses as a rat also bit me or are two doses of vaccine sufficient as I have already taken all five doses 2 years back? Also does a rat bite call for Rabies vaccine? It would be really helpful if I can be helped out in this query..🙏🙏

I am having sore throat, at night fevers occurs and feeling weak and fatigue. From 5th morning I am having red blisters filled with fluids and they are feeling itchy and they increasing more. And having stomach ache too.

Its been 4 days. I developed cough and sore throat and from last 3 days i am having feven in the evening for an hour only. I have constant cough and my fever was 100.2 on the first day and 101 for the next two days

Please examine the report and advise. The report shows the titre of 1:40 or more for O agglutinations and 1:160 or more for H agglutination.
