Respected dr mam or sir I check my bp labels just now 2 times in a mercury bp  machine by a qualified professional my labels is 1 time 120/90 and after 30 minutes I again check it in a mercury bp machine my labels was 120/85 ..is it normal na Nd what is best time to eat a bowl of fruits ...

Normal bp is not a single value it's range of values 90 to 120 on top and 60 to 80 on the bottom So ur bp is completely fine It's great that u want to eat healthy food , and any time is good to eat healthy
