You may have to monitor the BP twice daily for a few days.If the BP is constantly elevated,you may have to start diet modification,salt restriction, increase potassium,and change lifestyle, including brisk walking daily for 5 days a week .

I can understand your concern . Just 1 high reading of blood pressure is not sufficient to label you as hypertensive. You need to recheck blood pressure 3 times & take average of all reading . In the meanwhile just lower your salt intake in diet , do mediation, take good sleep & than recheck blood pressure. If still high than kindly connect & consult online or meet doctor physically.

Dietary changes SRD ERERCISE DAILY FOR 30 min or do some yoga Reconfirm bp again Get your rbs done If obese then reduce weight Drink more water stay fit and healthy If taking much sugar please reduce it

You just need dietary changes i.e low salt diet Avoid any foods have high salt content, fast food and packaged foods kinda ! Otherwise you BP will be normal within days

Systolic is ok, diastolic  is beat raised. FIRST OF ALL CHANGE LIFE STYLE N DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY.  MEAN LOW SALT DIET, NO FRIED, PACKET JUN, FAST OR OUTSIDE FOOD. SLEEP WELL, DECREASE  STRESS N ANXIETY. TAB CLONAZEPAM 0.5 ONE AT NIGHT FOR 3 TO 5 DAYS. CONSULT MD PHYSICIAN U NEED SOM RELATED  BLOOD TEST,  ECG FOR PRIMARY  CHECK UP. AFTER THAT IF NEEDED DOCTOR PRESCRIBE MEDICINE.

You don’t have to worry. Get you bp checked again by any doctor near by on two separate occasions and preferably when you are relaxed. Once that is done you can get back with the bp values and we are then proceed forward
