I have a gb polyp diagnosed with 2.9mm. So is there anything i should avoid? Or it doesn't matter with what i eat? Please guide. I have been asked to monitor it every 6 months by gastro surgeon. Please tell me what can i do to reduce it or maybe what can i do to stop it from growing. I workout daily. Liver function is normal, cbc is normal and sugar profile is also normal.

Hello , I had suction and evacuation procedure on 4th Sept. And second dose of covisheild vaccine on 28th Sept. 2nd Oct I got periods. 1st day was normal. But after that having heavy periods and cramps.(6-7hrs /maxi napkin) What could be the reason. ?
