Head Ache , Slightly Elevated BP
Already taking medicine for hypertension CILACAR-T in morning and CONCOR 5 AT NIGHT. From today morning having headache and tiredness. No fever or similar symptoms.Headache not relieved by taking Dolo 650 Blood Pressure of 130/109 left hand and 139/104 right hand ( taken at home using digital machine). Is this diastolic bp is normal? Will this cause headache. Any suggestions appreciated.

Diastolic BP is high in both the arms. You may take Tab Levocetrizine 5 mg along with Dolopar in day time and Tab Levocetrizine at night also. (This is in addition to your other medicines). Keep a record of BP morning and night.
